If your system does not meet your expectations, we are committed to making it right through a streamlined exchange or refund process.

Return Process

    Initiate a Request

    Contact our support team via the portal or email within 30 days of delivery to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

    Secure Packaging

    Carefully pack your PC in its original internal foam and double-box packaging to prevent any physical damage during transit.

  • 3.
    Shipping and Inspection

    Affix your prepaid shipping label and drop off the unit; once received, our technicians will inspect the hardware for original condition and configuration.

  • 4.
    Refund or Replacement

    After passing inspection, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or ship out your replacement gaming rig within 3-5 business days.
